JBN Travels is an early-stage Jaipur pilot. The terms below are a working placeholder, not final, reviewed legal text. They will be replaced with JBN Travels's approved Terms & Conditions before any real customer payment is processed. Every booking records which version of these terms applied at the time it was made, so a later update never changes what applied to an existing booking.
1. Who we are
JBN Travels is a curated experiences marketplace connecting travellers with local experience and transport suppliers in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. JBN Travels facilitates the booking and payment for these experiences; the experiences themselves are delivered by independent local suppliers.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once the relevant supplier has confirmed availability and payment has been successfully processed. Until then, a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed slot.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through a licensed third-party payment provider. JBN Travels does not store your card details.
4. Cancellations and refunds
See the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Liability
